Hi Celmaro,

I have bought in the app store Minco 1.3.7.. It had a bug, with version 1.5 it was gone. But I have no license code from the app store and Minco asks for it. Do I have to buy it again from your store?

Please help me.

Kind regards
GJdJ

can you provide instructions on how to uninstall Minco?

after a crash, all i get now are two alert message screens:

“The file couldn’t be opened.”

and

“Failed to initialize the store”

many thanks.

Hello,

I assume that you have used Minco once a long time ago and the database is not compatible anymore since Minco was not updated on a regular base.
To remove all the related files you can use AppCleaner like you could do with any other Mac App.

If you have further questions please drop me a mail.
