Finally it did not take the time I have expected that iPhone 4 is available in Mauritius at Orange.
You can get the small version prepaid without any contract for about 680,- EUR.
That is a good price if you don’t consider to use it outside of Mauritius. It will have SIM Lock and is only usable with a orange sim card here in Mauritius. I have tried at orange in Port Louis to unlock my iPhone but they rejected with the answer that they don’t have a permit from Apple until now.
Since I have just purchased a iPad in July I will not go to buy.
